Organization founded with the mission of developing and implementing prevention programs for at-risk youth to reach their potential for success through the use of mentors and workshops for personal and social development for themselves, their families and teachers. They also offer tutoring centers and “safe spaces” in schools and meaningful work and service experiences.

During 2012, the organization impacted over 2,431 people. Since 1996, JPRR has developed 29 projects in San Juan, Guaynabo, Humacao, Comerío, Canóvanas, Aguadilla, Naguabo y Juncos, impacting at-risk students from 19 public schools. Over 90% of their participants has completed their high school education.
